Mandatory condition for ticket issuance

The name of the order holder entered when making the online purchase must correspond to the name of one of the participants in the visit.

Before the combined physical tickets are issued, the staff at the Mamertine Prison will verify that the name matches a valid identity document.

If the order holder is not present, or if the name does not correspond to that of one of the participants, the tickets cannot be issued or handed over. Consequently, admission to the sites included in the combined product will not be permitted and no refund will be granted.
